Last year, The Rainy City's nomadic warehouse promotion found a new home, Victoria Warehouse, which it road-tested during Easter ready for the full launch of WHP12 last September.

Its third location, the main room, a gigantic ex-storage facility, dwarfs the whole of both previous locations — Boddingtons Brewery and Store Street car park — while offering versatility, with two smaller side rooms opened for occasional scaled-down events outside of The Project's yearly 12-week stints between September and New Year's Day.

Edging closer towards festival status in terms of booking stature — off the back of Parklife (Manchester), Hideout (Croatia) and soon-to-be Unknown (also Croatia) — WHP is Europe's booking force to be reckoned with, puffing its chest, striving ever closer to underground domination on a global scale with the draw of each breath.
