The Mid is one of the clubs keeping the fire burning. Nights like their weekly Mayhem are dedicated to bringing the best in dance music across the board, featuring everyone from bassy house boss Duke Dumont to original don MK, via Claude VonStroke and local innovator Cajmere.

But The Mid are canny and acknowledge the kings of big room pop house too — and their huge fanbase Stateside — bringing fresh-faced Dutch DJs like Martin Garrix over, and booking homegrown EDM types like Wolfgang Gartner and German trancer Thomas Gold.
