Arma 17 was perhaps the most discerning nightclub in the whole of Russia — consistently booking quality underground artists from all over the world. However, in recent months it appears that the venue has closed — falling foul of the authorities. Arma is trying to find a new space, but at the time of writing has yet to open anywhere (hence a hefty drop in this poll, presumably), despite attempting to throw a couple of one-off parties in alternative spaces during the intervening months. DJ Mag wishes them all the best in resurrecting a venue in the Russian capital. Meanwhile, the label and podcasts keep fans sated for the time being.
