Location: Montréal, Canada
Returning to this list is Montréal’s island-based Beachclub. Synonymous with summer to locals and always making a splash on the international stage, this behemoth space is the largest outdoor venue in North America and it features captivating panoramic waterfronts, glistening pools, weathered stone accents, and so much more. For audiophiles and jetsetters, Beachclub is a popular hangout. From its Meyer Sound system and L-Acoustics monitors to its cabanas and concierge, there’s a lot to love about Beachclub. It packs several restaurants, food trucks, a shisha bar and so much more. Perhaps that’s why for so many it was a sad moment in local history when, as a result of the pandemic, the now 26-year-old institution had to close up shop for a season. Now that it’s back, thankfully, trendsetting acts like Marshmello, The Chainsmokers, Alesso, Hardwell, NGHTMRE, Kayzo and more can look forward to playing this paradisiacal place again.
