Conceptualised by Barba-Christos Mykoniatis and situated on Mylopotas Beach on the Greek island of Ios, FarOut Beach Club was built on the legacy of kids who, in the ’60s and ’70s, would escape their day-to-day lives and come to Mylopotas to celebrate life, peace, love and unity.
Today FarOut Beach Club is run by Barba-Christos Mykoniatis’ sons Makis and Mimis. They’ve built the modern FarOut family, while preserving the values on which their father founded the club. Together the pair have created a party-goers paradise complete with Funktion-One-equipped club, pool, restaurant and luxury accommodation — perfect for some true escapism.
This season the team at FarOut are going bigger than ever before and have set themselves the challenge of booking three international artists every week. So far, this summer’s line-up features Will Sparks, GORDO and Timmy Trumpet amongst many more big hitters.
