The brainchild of Barba-Christos Mykoniatis, FarOut Beach Club was built to rekindle the spirit of young people who came to Mylopotas Beach in the free-love era of the ’60s and ’70s to experience a little slice of utopia apart from their daily lives. Now run by Mykoniatis’ sons Makis and Mimis, the pair have created a new-age paradise complete with a club, pool, restaurant and luxury accommodation — everything you’ll need to tune in, drop out and break free. Day-to-day raves are free to attend, with top international DJs booked weekly, right on the shores of the Aegean sea. Last summer included performances from TITA LAU, Teddy Cream, Miss Monique and ACRAZE, who made his Greek debut at the club, and FarOut is gearing up for another big season of clear skies, blue waters and big beats pumped through its heavy Funktion-One sound system.
