Fedde Le Grand

In his own words, it has been “an absolutely incredible year” for Fedde Le Grand, who enjoyed massive success both live and with his production, also concentrating on mediating between the two.
“My main focus was to get that balance between making music and playing out and I think this year I've really got it down,” Fedde believes. “Right from the start, when I got my new studio in the New Year, I just had this feeling that everything was totally getting into the groove for me, musically and on the road.”
Musically, things could hardly have been better, with a string of Beatport No.1s (including his trancey remix of Everything But The Girl's 'Missing'), and phenomenal exposure of his 'So Much Love To Give' rework (shortened to 'So Much Love'). Similarly, debuts at Coachella and EXIT Festival signalled a year of epic live performances.
As for the immediate future, Fedde is taking a Zen-like approach to following up a monumental year.
“2011 is about creating the next swell. Next year, this swell should turn into a wave which will come crashing down.”
