While the electro house landscape might have been dominated by the likes of Soulwax, Justice and Boys Noize over the past few years, a number of savvy producers are helping to put their own spin on the genre. One such duo to do exactly that is Brazilian pairing Felips “Fel” Lozinsky and Gustavo “Guk” Rozenthal, aka Felguk.

The only Brazilians to feature in the Top 100 in 2011 and 2012, the Rio boys have obviously lost none of their charm in recent times — as is evidenced by another impressive showing this time around. Heavily endorsed by the likes of David Guetta, Black Eyed Peas, Flo Rida and Madonna (all of whom they’ve remixed), Felguk’s raison d’etre is a powerful and unrelenting sound that’s imbued with a rich crossover ethic.

Unsurprisingly, they’ve delved into a host of different genres as their popularity has soared; so much so that they’ve produced alongside LA dubstep kingpin 12th Planet, Australia house maverick Dirty South, UK rapper Example and Israeli psy-trance pioneers, Infected Mushroom. A dizzyingly eclectic roll call like that is enough to leave your head in a spin. Just wait until you hear the music.
