Last year, Dyro stormed into the Top 100 for the very first time despite being a relative newbie in the global dance scene. Of the result he says, “my life became significantly more hectic”, before adding this year he is “once again honoured and grateful to all of the fans that voted for me”.

Those fans are in the hundreds of thousands, as are the crowds he often plays to around the world, whilst Dyro also claims he has spent a big number of hours in the studio. “Production-wise, I feel that I've reached a higher level that has only become possible after dedicating over 10,000 hours to my craft.

As well as that, the energetic beatsmith has also continued with his radio show, has started his own “electro house portal” WOLV and filmed a documentary series, detailing his global movements and paying back the dedicated fans to whom he is so grateful. “Over the years, I've worked hard to construct my own distinctive, electro sound that is distinguishable in all of my releases. Taking more risks, getting inspired by other genres and claiming creative freedom are all ways that my style has progressed this year.”
