As one of the Dutch EDM stars rising through the ranks not too far behind the likes of his Revealed Recordings boss Hardwell, Dannic had a suitably large 12 months since entering the Top 100 last year at 74. Recently playing the mainstage of TomorrowWorld in Atlanta, it represented the tail-end of a season that also saw him playing weekly at Ushuaia in Ibiza, plus a particularly busy August weekend where he followed up a set at Amsterdam’s Mysteryland with a performance in the Revealed tent at Creamfields in the UK. But that’s not all.

“The real highlight would have to be the three-way, impromptu B2B session between myself, Dyro and Hardwell just after the rain at Ultra in Miami this year. The synergy between us, the crowd and the atmosphere the weather created made it a really magical experience.”

With a decade of DJing already under his belt, Dannic says this continues to be his strength in 2014, with his style pretty much locked. He points to his studio work though, as really pushing forward this year, with his first vocal track ‘Dear Life’ featuring Bright Lights, as well as his collaboration with fellow Dutchman Dyro on ‘Radical’, plus his recent single ‘Zenith’ being prominent examples.
