Quentin Mosimann was introduced to DJing by his friend John Revox. “John taught me everything when I was 15-years-old, I spent all my weekends watching him play. I understood quickly it would become my whole life.”.

He first appeared in the Top 100 DJs in 2012 and has become one of France’s most public DJs — jumping up to 69 in last year’s Top 100. As well as DJing, he’s a full-on showman and singer. He won French Pop Idol in 2008, scored a double gold record in 2009 and was elected Best French DJ earlier this year at the Fun Radio European DJ awards — reflecting the popularity of his EDM radio show, which attracts over 600,000 listeners.

He’s also been a coach on Belgium’s version of The Voice two years running and his podcast, House Bless You, attracts 100,000 downloads a month on iTunes.

“I feel thankful and proud because I can represent France and Switzerland as I’ve both nationalities,” he says of being in this year’s Top 100. “I want to hug everyone who supported me.”
