Since debuting in the Top 100 DJs poll last year it’s been business as usual for Belgian player MATTN. By that we mean relentless touring schedules seeing her touch down at some of the biggest events on the planet, checking in everywhere from New York to Monterrey in Mexico to Monteux in France. Not to mention a calendar packed with studio time, further cementing her relationship with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike’s imprint, Smash The House, while consistently storming charts in the process.

The past 12 months involved that collaboration with Klaas and Roland Clark, paying homage to the late Robert Miles’s classic trancer, ‘Children’. She’s also been behind the mixing desk — and the mic — with Paris Hilton, the results of which made memories at Tomorrowland, where the pair gave their work a live test-run before a huge main stage crowd. A homegrown headliner, MATTN had already received an impassioned welcome, the muscular beats, euphoric rave-y breakdowns and massive overall sound she’s well known for embraced by Belgian audiences with open arms.
