Rising star DJ/producer of 2021: “MORTEN.”

Over the last decade, KURA has not only become one of Portugal’s most treasured DJs, but he’s also become one of the Top 100’s most frequently appearing faces. Also known as Rúben de Almeida, the electro-house superstar has played at pretty much all of the leading EDM European festivals and has released tracks on esteemed labels such as Hardwell’s Revealed Recordings and Spinnin’ Records.

In 2020, KURA shared his ‘Holy Grail’ sample library with fans, consisting of over 400 production tools to help kickstart musical projects, and also released his 22Bullets collaboration. Come 2021, the artist has shown no sign of slowing down. KURA has already released five singles this year so far, including ‘Lick It’ with Jenil and the pumping ‘Me Siento Bien’ anthem with Deorro and Alex Rose.
Over the past few months, KURA has also been constructing a mysterious ‘new musical project’, promising to combine his career-long musical experiences to create something much more refined. This project will be realised in an immersive party concept, presenting a ‘big and bold change’ for the artist.
