With the pandemic easing in 2022, Dutch house whiz Fedde Le Grand’s tour schedule kicked back into overdrive. The author of perennial club and radio hits like ‘Put Your Hands Up For Detroit’ and ‘The Creeps’ played shows across the United States, stopping off in Miami, Philadelphia, Chicago, Boston, Kansas City and St. Louis. He also appeared at South Outdoor Festival in the new summer season hotspot of Albania, and the massive Mysteryland event, back on his home turf of The Netherlands.

Fedde also, in addition to “playing, gardening, making baby’s cooking, and having fun with friends”, focused on his Darklight Sessions radio show. Stuffed with energetic house cuts, the show has reached an astonishing 527 editions (at the time of writing). On the production front, Fedde continued his prolific run, putting out a variety of tunes, from the disco pop influenced ‘Wouldn’t Be Me’ with 22Bullets and JAMIE, to the stadium-sized ‘One Way Up’ with American Authors and the funkier, bass-driven club flavour of ‘Nothing’s Gonna Hurt You’. There are bound to be more hits before the year is out.
