Belgium’s MATTN has been a consistent name in the world of big room house and EDM for the best part of six years, and has been a mainstay in the Top 100 DJs poll since her first appearance back in 2018. She’s enjoyed a firm run of releases on Smash The House since 2016, as well as a handful of singles on Spinnin’ alongside SHOEBA, Selva, and Wankelmut. This year has seen her release singles such as ‘Summerbody’ and ‘Closer To You’ alongside HIDDN, and most recently ‘Jenny From The Block’; a collaboration with FONTI and Lukas Vane that reworks the J-Lo original into a dance hit. This year she made a comeback on the touring circuit too, playing on the island of Ibiza with a run of shows supporting Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike for their Tomorrowlands residency at Ushuaïa. “I’ve been touring a lot and working on new music but also trying to find the balance between my career and mom life,” MATTN tells DJ Mag.
