Brunch In The Park Madrid has locked Amelie Lens, Paul Kalkbrenner, ANNA and more for its Autumn 2019 series, held at Parque de Enrique Tierno Galván.
Amelie Lens, who plays this year's Sónar Festival, has announced new EP, 'Hypnotized', incoming via Pan-Pot's Second State later this month.
Following up a trilogy of releases on the imprint, 'Hypnotized' includes two tracks of thunderous techno in Lens' signature style.
Alongside the two original productions, Joyhauser provide the warehouse-ready remix of title track 'Hypnotized'.
French artist Airod is coming off a year that was nearly as high-octane as the techno he makes. It saw him release five fantastically fierce EPs on a range of labels, as well as lay down plenty of hard-hitting sets around Europe. 2019 started in much the same way: he was invited by notorious brutalist Perc to play a no-frills night of proper techno at Rennes’ 1988 Live Club. He played for three hours, much to the delight of a fan who had come all the way from Canada to see him play.
Drumcode Festival has locked the line-up for its debut two-day offering, which will take place at NDSM Docklands, Amsterdam, on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th August 2019.
Label boss Adam Beyer, who has a series of b2bs with Eric Prydz (as Cirez D) confirmed for this year, will of course be present, alongside the likes of Alan Fitzpatrick, Bart Skills, Ida Engberg, Dense & Pika, Ilario Alicante and Luigi Madonna.
Nina Kraviz dominated the festival circuit in 2018, performing more than any other DJ at events across the world.
According to ticketing website Festicket, the Russian techno star played more festivals than any other DJ in 2018, racking up 35 festival performances — no wonder she made our Top 100 list. Amelie Lens followed with 27 shows, which is a testament to her incredible rise. In 2017 the Belgian star only played four.
Coachella are set to release more weekend tickets tomorrow, Friday 5th April.
Though its initial runs of tickets for had sold out, the festival announced today that it's dropping a limited run of weekend 2 (Friday 19th - Sunday 21st) three day passes this Friday. They're priced at $429, with VIP weekend prices at $999, and you can buy them at 3pm PST here.
Tomorrowland has finalised their headliners for 2019, locking Amelie Lens, David Guetta, Richie Hawtin and more to join the bill.

Tomorrowland takes place at De Schorre park in the city of Boom and spans two weekends in July. The first runs from Friday 19th to Sunday 21st July while weekend two takes place from Friday 26th to Sunday 28th.
Awakenings Festival has locked its full line-up, for the 2019 edition which takes place in Spaarnwoude near Amsterdam on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th June.

Drumcode has announced details of its 200th release, which will see Amelie Lens remix label head Adam Beyer's 2014 track 'Teach Me'.
Lens' remix of Beyer's track comes in two forms: a 'Main Mix' and an 'Acid Mix'. You can hear the 'Main Mix' below.
The remix package marks Lens' second appearance on Drumcode after she contributed 'In Silence' to the label's 2017 compilation 'A-Sides Vol. 6'. She's also been a regular fixture on Drumcode party line-ups in recent years.
