The wait is finally over: Berghain is reopening this weekend.
The legendary Berlin club's first club night since March 2020 takes place on Saturday 2nd October with b2bs from Ben Klock and Marcel Dettman, Tama Sumo and Lakuti, and Massimiliano Pagliara and nd_baumecker, as well as Cormac, rRoxymore, Steffi and more.
A number of DJs and producers have contributed recipes to a new cookbook, 'Turn The Tables'.
Curated by Berlin-based DJ and producer Eira Haul, the idea for the book came about amid the COVID-19 pandemic with DJs having more time to spend in their kitchens during lockdown. It features recipes from 60 artists, and proceeds from the sale of the cookbook will go to Open Music Lab, a volunteer-run music school in Berlin.

The club, which is the new project of the team behind the now closed Griessmühle venue, will host six Newcomer Days in August, in collaboration with Musicboard Berlin. They will run on Saturdays and Sundays from 14th August to 29th August.

Opening its doors on Saturday, 3rd July, the 1,000-capacity Centrale93 is the brainchild of Paris nightclub Chapelle XIV and Yoyaku, a label, record store and booking agency based in the city.
Don't Be Afraid is marking its tenth anniversary with two compilations.
The first collection, '10.01', is due out on the Bristol-based label later in November, with new tracks by roster artists such as rRoxymore, Karen Gwyer, MGUN, Brassfoot and Mr. Beatnick all featured. Only one of the 11 acts appearing on the compilation, Lurka, is new to the label, though producer Kamau (FKA Darling Farah) also makes her first appearance under a new name. No information has yet been revealed about the second compilation.
A new label, SOS Music, has been launched in collaboration with !K7 and Los Angeles-based radio station DUBLAB, with a goal to provide a platform for electronic music produced by womxn and non-binary artists.
