Eliza Rose and The Martinez Brothers link up on new single and music video, ‘Pleasure Peak’: Watch

Eliza Rose and The Martinez Brothers have teamed up for a new single and music video, ‘Pleasure Peak’. Watch the visual below.

Out today via Rosebud Recordings/One House, the collaboration draws on golden-era Chicago house and pairs summery organ bass with Eliza’s soulful vocals.

The English DJ, producer, and singer joined The Martinez Brothers during their residency at Hï Ibiza last week, where they debuted the single. Check that out below. 

Accompanying the track is an Isaac Lamb-directed music video shot on location in Ibiza. Taking reference from iconic videos from the likes of Missy Elliot, Aaliyah, Kylie, and more, the visual features Eliza and The Martinez Brothers enacting their ideal 24 hours in Ibiza, including sailing on a yacht, riding in a Jeep, and ending up in the club.

Speaking on the link-up, the B.O.T.A star said, “It was a dream to work with The Martinez Brothers. I have been a fan of theirs for such a long time so to go from seeing them in the rave to a collaboration on track that screams DC:10 is giving serious balearic full circle energy.”

“‘Pleasure Peak’ is that sexy Ibiza summer roller. Sharing similar ideals with the island in the sense that it has two sides,” she elaborated. “The Baleari sunny beach vibe and the hard hitting lose yourself in Ibiza clubland. Throughout the track both the lyrics and beat play with the light and the darkness, the sun and the shade, the glitter ball and the grit.”

It’s been a huge twelve months for collabs for The Martinez Brothers, whose December single, ‘Kilo’, with Tokischa, won Best Track at DJ Mag’s Best of North America awards 2023. Check out the full list of winners here.
