Alison Wonderland sets release date for new album, shares single ‘No’

She’s also announced a North American tour...

Alison Wonderland has shared another single from her forthcoming album. ‘No’ is the third track to be lifted from the recent DJ Mag North America cover star’s second full-length album ‘Awake’, set for release 6th April via Astralwerks.

Speaking about the album’s title, the Australian DJ/producer said, “I think it was my subconscious telling me things. The more I wrote, the more it seemed the perfect name.”

Collaborators on the album include include Joel Little (who has worked with Lorde), Illangelo (The Weeknd), Party Favor (Mad Decent) and Lido, who also worked on her previous album, 'Run'.

Her most personal, honest work to date, Wonderland has said she wants this album to be beneficial to her fans. “If you’ve got a voice and a platform, you can use it for real communication,” she says. “I want to make a track that someone will hear and be like ‘shit, I totally get what she’s feeling and if she can get out, maybe I can, too.’ I don’t want them to be afraid to talk about it.”

This massive announcement comes after she dropped 'Happy Place'  toward the end of last year and announced the album's title and artwork last month
