GUETTA GEARS UP FOR GLOBALGATHERING

Never-seen-before production planned

There are just 30 days until GlobalGathering open their gates for the 2014 event and the hype is growing by the day!

The UK’s favourite dance festival - which takes place on July 25th–26th 2014 at Long Marsten Airfield, in Stratford Upon Avon - is looking bigger and better than ever this year, with enhanced production, new arenas and a massive line up including highly anticipated headline sets from The Prodigy, Chase & Status and Netsky.

One of the exciting new 2014 production editions is The Hangar, a super-arena that is big enough to house a Boeing 747! It is in this enormous space where David Guetta will headline on Friday 25th July.

Guetta’s performance will highlight the creative direction of Pilot Technologies, who will be running video, cameras and graphics that are generated in real time, powered by an audio feed from David Guetta himself.

All of this is brought together in a live mix on the night and unveiled across the new stage concept at GlobalGathering for the first time. The production rig will include a total of 238 lighting fixtures to ensure David Guetta’s headline show will be as spectacular as it is unforgettable.

If that isn’t enough to get your juices flowing, GlobalGathering have just added a host of new acts to the show including NZ Shapeshifter on the main stage, Danny Howard in The Hangar and house don Oliver $ who completes the Defected in the House line up.

Don’t forget that DJ Mag are hosting the VIP all weekend, so make sure you find your way in there for top-secret unannounced sets from some of the biggest DJs on the bill, in the intimate confines of the forest-based VIP retreat.
