David Guetta releases rework of ‘Perfect (Exceeder)’ by Mason vs Princess Superstar: Listen

David Guetta has shared his official rework of Mason and Princess Superstar's ‘Perfect (Exceeder)’. Check it out below.
The edit – out today (9th February) via Armada Music – finds the French DJ and producer reimagining the electro-house anthem in his signature style.
“Mason and Princess Superstar created something so special with the original; there is no surprise that it is gaining such momentum all over again,” Guetta, who was recently voted the World’s No. 1 DJ by DJ Mag readers, shared. “The track is a true timeless classic and I’m so excited to now be a part of it!”
“David built up such a legendary catalogue, steering the course of dance music for decades,” Mason said of the link-up. “It goes without saying it’s a massive honor for the track to be reworked by a star of his magnitude.”
Originally released in 2007, ‘Perfect (Exceeder)’ is a mashup of Dutch DJ and producer Mason’s instrumental dance track ‘Exceeder’ and Princess Superstar’s 2005 electro-pop single, ‘Perfect’.
The track has seen a surge in global popularity since featuring on the soundtrack of 2023 film, Saltburn, re-entering the UK Top 30 for the first time in 17 years and reaching the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot Dance / Electronica Songs chart for the first time. In 2007, the song peaked at number #3 in the UK.

Other recent remixes of the ‘Perfect (Exceeder)’ include a drum & bass refit from London-based DJ and producer 1991, also released via Armada Music.
