Ramsesboomboom will release a new EP, ‘Sam’, later this week via Reflektor Records. Have an exclusive first listen to ‘Poly’ below.

Once members of the first Dutch band to perform at Coachella, Klangstof, Wannes Salomé and Erik Buschmann continue their traversal into the electronic realm with their debut EP as Ramsesboomboom, ‘Sam’. Featuring the October-released single ‘Uppaclass’, which indulged the duo’s genre-hopping heritage with industrial timbres and rowdy vocals, alongside fellow singles ‘Without U’ and ‘Huskytime’, the project is set to land later this week via Amsterdam’s Reflektor Records.

Completing the extended-player are brand new offerings ‘Fixmybody’ and ‘Poly’. The former stitches together dark synthesised atmospheres and a rapid, technoid pulse for some serious face-melting, while ‘Poly’ skips on a more danceable groove with strobing arps and a burly peak time kick.

Rounding out their sonic pirouette from alt-indie to acid-tinged techno, Ramsesboomboom join Reflektor’s roster of artists bringing a fresh perspective to the Dutch dance sphere.

‘Sam’ is available from 19th January. Pre-order the EP here, and have an exclusive first listen to ‘Poly’ below.
