Dublin-based artist, game designer and writer Aidan Wall AKA Blusher will release their debut EP, ‘Tren Rezno’ on the 19th November.

Set for release via emerging Irish label, Patrúin, ‘Tren Rezno’ is a 15-track collection written over the course of a few years between Amsterdam and Dublin. Veering from abstract electronics, lo-fi acoustic vignettes and experimental club cuts, it’s a rich tapestry of varied sounds inspired by, Wall says, “New York No Wave, Playstation Game Soundtracks, and traditional Irish music”.

“‘Tren Rezno’ is a strange collage of thoughts and impressions that hints towards contemporary experiences of precarity and anxiety,” the album’s description reads “Just as it hints towards the timeless experiences of splinted affection, singing into a pint with a friend, or falling in love on the dance floor.”

‘Dildritch Hawthorn’ one of the tape’s more dancelfoor-driven, dense tracks is heavy and absorbing with an eerie melody and dizzying percussive layers. Check it out below.
