Cardopusher will release the first of a two-part series of EP’s via Boysnoize Records on 16th December.

‘A Convenient Excuse Pt.1’ is a testament to the Barcelona-based Venazuelan producer’s versatile talents in making his distinct, moody brand of electro. Following this year’s ‘Face The Machine’ and ‘Mental Jobs’ EPs as well as 2017’s ‘New Cult Fear’ LP on Boysnoize, this new release hones on a particularly deep atmosphere, one that favours the early (or very, very late) hours of the dancefloor, where the energy is just about to heat up, or when it’s just avoiding winding down.

Slow tempos and deep, metallic bass grooves are the name of the game here and will do plenty to satisfy fans of Danny Daze, Lena Willikens and Vladimir Ivkovic.

‘Broadcast Signal Intrusion’ opens the EP and sets the tone perfectly with a foggy, slow-motion atmosphere and swampy rhythms. Check it out below.
