Germany’s DJ Swagger returns to Thirty Year Records with a sizzling vinyl-only EP, ‘Bassline Funkyshit’.
Spanning five tracks of UKG-inspired club music, with flourishes of electro and dubstep, it’s another gem from the mysterious producer.
Below you can hear ‘Beta Phase’, a percussive roller that bursts with rhythm nods to UK funky and even a little bit of Drexciya. With warped bass and sprinkings of acid, it’s a stone cold killer.
