Premiere: Richu M ‘Italic’

Richu M readies his ‘Philistines 4 and the Giant Banoush’ mini-album on Monologues. ‘Italic’ is an off-kilter, dusty cut of jazz-fused house...

Richu M will release his new mini-album ‘Philistines 4 and the Giant Banoush’ via Ben Gomori’s Monologues Records this month.

The Rotterdam-based Polish DJ/producer steps up on the label with six original cuts of woozy, dust covered house and downtempo jams with a subdued jazz atmosphere. It also comes with a delicate garage remix from Gomori himself, closing the album with a buoyant melodic flare.

‘Italic’ – premiering below – sits at the centre of the release with a delightfully muffled off-kilter beat and fretless bass groove propping up gorgeous rusty melodies and ambient trills. Check it out.
