Above & Beyond have announced a new club-focused EP, ‘Tranquility Base Vol. 1’, which arrives on 25th May via Anjunabeats.
Described as a "collection of five heavy-hitting club records, calling back to their instrumental roots", the EP's "electro-edged" lead single, ‘Angry JP8,’ is available to stream below.
The new EP follows a string of single releases for the trance trio in 2022, including 'Morning In Deira / Time Heals' and the 'Chains' EP featuring Marty Longstaff. 2019 saw the release of a new Anjunabeats mix LP, 'Anjunabeats Volume 14'.
In 2020, Above & Beyond, members of the Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep family, released a charity single for the World Health Organisation. The remix, titled ‘We're All In This Together’ (Above & Beyond Respray)’ came paired with a video featuring 70 frontline workers — including healthcare professionals, delivery drivers and other key workers.
