Desire Marea is releasing a new EP, titled 'The Baddies of Isandlawn', in November. Watch the video for 'If You Know' below.

The South African star follows up his April album 'On The Romance of Being', also released via Mute, with three new tracks, out 9th November. Desire Marea describes the new music as "an infusion of sounds that dominate nightlife in SA such as gqom, amapiano and Afrobeat".

"The EP is symbolic of a time when I was trying to find myself in the world I occupied, which extended to my ongoing quest to find myself in history, hence the title", he said, a reference to the 1879 Battle of Isandlwana, the first battle in the Anglo-Zulu War and won by the Zulus.

In the month leading up to the 'The Baddies of Isandlawn''s release, Desire Marea will take his band on tour though the UK and Europe. They'll open on 12th October in Leeds and close on 4th November at the Oslo World Festival, with stops in cities like Manchester, London, Brussels, Prague, Paris, Amsterdam, Hamburg and more in between.
