Fatboy Slim has released a 25th-anniversary reissue of his seminal album, ‘You’ve Come a Long Way, Baby’, via Astralwerks. You can check it out below.

Out today, the reissue is pressed on double LP gatefold vinyl and includes the original booklet from its first release 25 years ago, as well as a signed album cover print. The album was also remastered at half speed at Abbey Road Studios to maximise audio quality.

First released in 1998, ‘You’ve Come a Long Way, Baby’ features four UK Singles Chart top 10 singles including ‘Right Here, Right Now’, ‘Rockafeller Skank’, ‘Gangster Trippin’, and ‘Praise You’, the latter of which went to No.1 in the UK.

Earlier this year, a documentary aired exploring Fatboy Slim’s iconic Big Beach Boutiquee II party — a free rave on Brighton Beach that saw 250,000 attendees and was dubbed as the “biggest outdoor party the UK has ever seen”. The DJ also shared an anniversary mix last summer to mark 20 years since the historic party.

Fatboy Slim, aka Norman Cook, is also set to headline his own All Back to Minehead Festival 2023 next month, appearing alongside the likes of Jodie Harsh, Marshall Jefferson, Mella DeeSally C, Saoirse, and more.

The 25th-anniversary edition of ‘You’ve Come a Long Way, Baby’ is available for purchase here.
