Finn announces new EP, 'A Good Place', on Local Action

It follows a trilogy of EPs by the producer that came to a close in 2019

Finn has a new EP on the way for Local Action.

Titled 'A Good Place', the four-track release marks the Manchester-based producer's return to longtime label home Local Action, following a trilogy of EPs that took in 2017's 'Sometimes The Going Gets A Little Tough', 2018's 'Dance Music Has Betrayed Us All' and 2019's 'Do What You Want Forever'. He's also released a number of two-track 12" records through the label over the last couple of years, including a collaboration with India Jordan.

'A Good Place' is said to have come together during "especially trying times," according to a press release, which adds that it was "conceived and released against a heavy backdrop of palpable tiredness and malaise".

You can preview the EP via the title track, ahead of the full 25th September release, below.

Finn's own 2 B REAL label, a sub-imprint of Local Action, last week released a two-track record from Manchester artist Clemency.

He also joined with Local Action earlier this year to launch a new concept called Mixtape Club, which sees DJs paid to contribute mixes to an ongoing series.
