Flume shares cryptic teaser for new music under 300ZX Z31 alias

Flume might have new music coming soon under the alias, 300ZX Z31. 

A 31-second track titled ‘The Difference’ appeared on both his ‘Hi This Is’ and ‘Flume Essentials’ Spotify playlists, which are managed by Flume’s team. The discovery was made by a user on Reddit’s r/Trap and r/Flume forums who tied the alias name to the car that was featured on the producer’s ‘Hi This is Flume’ mixtape cover. The teaser has sparked speculation that a new Flume project under the alias could be dropping soon. You can hear the track below. 

Flume also teased a drum & bass collaboration he created while ‘messing about’ in the studio with Toro y Moi on Twitter. According to the producer, there’s no information on whether the track will ever be released, but he doesn’t rule out working on drum & bass tracks in the future.
