Four Tet aiming to release new album this year

Four Tet is aiming to release a new album this year.

The London electronica icon, who recently dropped the two new tracks, dancefloor banger 'Only Human' and the lovely 'Teenage Birdsong', appeared on Apple Music's Beats 1 show and revealed that his new album is "not far from being done," and that he thinks "it'll come out this year".

He also confirmed that 'Teenage Birdsong' was its debut single: "The first single's just come out, a bit unusual for me, I've started releasing music before the album's finished." We absolutely cannot wait.
