Four Tet drops two new tracks: Listen

Both tracks have been released under his ⣎⡇ꉺლ༽இ•̛)ྀ◞ ༎ຶ ༽ৣৢ؞ৢ؞ؖ ꉺლ alias

Four Tet has shared two new tracks online under his occasional ⣎⡇ꉺლ༽இ•̛)ྀ◞ ༎ຶ ༽ৣৢ؞ৢ؞ؖ ꉺლ alias.

Much like the alias, the titles of the two tracks are a sequence of unreadable symbols and emojis. Both draw on similar vocal samples, and carry some of the producer's, real name Kieran Hebden, signature percussion tics.

Hebden previously used the ⣎⡇ꉺლ༽இ•̛)ྀ◞ ༎ຶ ༽ৣৢ؞ৢ؞ؖ ꉺლ alias to share new music in 2017 and last year. Both tracks have been made available for streaming on Spotify, with fans having been alerted to their existence after Hebden added them to his frequently-updated playlist on the streaming platform.

You can hear both tracks below.

Four Tet's most recent release was the vinyl-only EP 'Anna Painting', which featured tracks produced to accompany an exhibition by his artist friend Anna Liber Lewis.

He also released a live album, 'Live At Alexandra Palace', over the summer, which was recorded at his shows at the London venue in May of this year.
