The duo follow up their previous effort, 'Revolution'

Hardwell and Maddix have shared a new acid techno single, 'ACID'. You can listen to the track below.

The track follows the pair's previous effort, 'Revolution', which featured Timmy Trumpet and again swapped out EDM for main stage four-to-the-floor action. They also recently remixed 4 Strings' trance classic 'Take Me Away'. This latest outing pays tribute to warehouse rave sounds, and features Luciana on vocal duties.

A veteran of the dance music scene, Luciana previously appeared on the Hardwell and Joey Dale collaboration, 'Arcadia'. Meanwhile, her back catalogue includes work with the likes of Mark Knight, Bodyrox, Lethal Bizzle, and Dave Audé.

'ACID' is the latest proof of a change in direction for Hardwell, who only returned to the live circuit in 2022 with a headline set at Ultra Miami following a four year hiatus. Since then, his output and sets have turned to techno and trance influences, exemplified on the album, 'Rebels Never Die', and more recently remixes of Calvin Harris' 'Miracle' and the 4 Strings classic, 'Take Me Away', which was also produced with Maddix.
