"For context this means I am now able to stop ALL medication and can finally start living a life that feels more 'normal'", the London DJ shared in an emotional Instagram post

Michael Bibi has shared positive news after his recent post-cancer treatment scan.

The Solid Grooves founder said his latest results are "all clear" three months after being declared officially cancer free in December following six months of treatment. In an Instagram post on Monday night, 18th March, he shared the voice message of his medical provider delivering the update with videos of him emotionally dancing and celebrating the good news.

"For context this means I am now able to stop ALL medication and can finally start living a life that feels more 'normal'", Bibi captioned the post. "Music is healing me every day and I can feel I'm so close to getting back out with you all. I didn't want to agree to any extra shows that I couldn't stick to, but today's news is a green light and I truly cannot wait to dance with you all again."

Special Request, Deborah De Luca, Tiesto, Andrea Olivia, The Martinez Brothers, Nicola Moudaber and Paris Hilton were among those sharing well wishes in the Instagram comments.

Bibi, who announced his central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma diagnosis in June 2023, has already plotted his return to the DJ decks with his upcoming One Life world tour. The complete 2024 tour schedule has yet to be announced, and it seems likely he'll expand the tour with "extra shows" now that he's received the "all clear". So far, the London DJ has revealed he'll play a 45,000-capacity outdoor party at Finsbury Park on 6th July.
