Brunch Elektronik will hold four parties in the 6,000 capacity indoor-outdoor space before Radio 1 Dance takes over

New Ibiza Club 528 Ibiza Rocks Pikes

A new venue is set to open in San Antonio, Ibiza, run by the team behind Pikes and Ibiza Rocks

528 is set in Benimussa Park, the former location of The Zoo Project, and offers a capacity of up to 6,000. This is split across three core areas — the Gardens, which can hold 4,000 people, the Terrace, with room for 2,500, and Teatro, a converted theatre which is big enough for 1,000 revellers.

The first events have already been confirmed, including a one-off classical show this weekend, The Eivissa Daurada Concerts by Candlelight. A string of Friday daytime parties from Spanish festival promoters Brunch Elektronik then dominates the following month, beginning with Adriatique and Monolink headlining on 12th July.

Later, Friday August 2nd sees BBC Radio 1 Dance Ibiza seize the site, bringing guests including Alex Mills, Armand Van Helden, Ben Hemsley, Camelphat, Gorgon City, LF System, Jess Bays, Dom Dolla, Jazzy & Belters Only. Further dates are still to be announced, and will be added to the venue's official online calendar

528's website describes the venue as a "versatile space", while IRG CEO Andy McKay has branded it a "one-of-a-kind" music destination. "We are uniquely placed to connect people to the true energy of Ibiza through music, culture, community and collaboration," he added.
