Numark announces new Party Mix controllers starting at £89

The entry-level units both feature RGB lighting

Numark has announced two new Party Mix controllers, both featuring RGB lighting that syncs to the music. The Party Mix Live also features built-in speakers so you can quickly get the party started without a full speaker setup. More traditional features include touch-sensitive jog wheels, filter knobs per channel, transport and pitch control, two-band EQ per deck, performance pads for samples, effects, cue points and looping.

There’s a large central browse knob, as well as up-faders for each channel and a crossfader. Audio I/O is taken care via 3.5mm jacks for master out and headphone cueing. A USB port connects the controller to software like Serato DJ Lite, Algoriddim djay Pro AI iOS and desktop app, and DJ Player Pro mobile app. Most apps support streaming from SoundCloud, Beatport LINK and more, so you don't need to have a huge music catalogue to get started.

The Party Mix II costs £89 while the Mix Live costs £124.99. Can’t argue with those prices. Find out more about both units here
