Peggy Gou has released a video for her hit single '(It Goes Like) Nanana', coinciding with a vinyl release on Friday 29th September. You can watch it below.
The visual has been directed by Thomas Hardiman, and shows the South Korea-born, Berlin-based DJ and producer revelling in the highs of a European summer, with Ibiza as the backdrop. "There's a feeling we all know but is hard to describe, that feeling of love, warmth and excitement when you're surrounded by friends and loved ones and the energy speaks for itself," Gou said of the single. "It's difficult to put into words but to me it goes ‘nanana!’”
The track was first unveiled in June and has been a firm fixture at festivals and on the White Island since, including Gou's own 8,000 capacity Pleasure Garden event held at London's Finsbury Park. The first single to be taken from Gou's forthcoming debut album, which will arrive on XL Recordings, it has already topped charts across the globe, including the UK, US, Netherlands, and Belgium.
