Celebrating its 24th year in 2017, Sonar Festival is the ultimate event on the Barcelona party calendar.
Split into two parts — Sónar by Day and Sónar by Night — what marks out the annual June festival is its devotion to the avant-garde, as well as to the old masters.
It’s a place where every genre under the sun is explored, where outliers and norms co-exist, where the big and the small, the underground and the more commercial all rub shoulders — and where trends are set for the years ahead.
With this in mind, DJ Mag tripped out to the Barcelona-based festival-cum-fashion-parade — including the day and night sessions plus parties from Mobilee and Drumcode — to capture some of the coolest street style looks from the week that was!
