CRUCIFIX LANE LONDON SET TO CLOSE
The club will host two final events this weekend
Legendary London house and techno venue, Crucifix Lane has announced it will close once and for all following the Easter long weekend. The latest in a long line of London clubs to be forced into closure due to inner city development, Crucifix Lane will be flattened to make way for the expansion of London Bridge Station and the Network Rail system.
Managed by Leefest and Counter Culture founder Alex Brooks, the much loved and respected underground venue has played host to many infamous club nights including Steve Lawler’s Harlem Nights, Funkyzeit, Lo*Kee, Night Slugs, Bugged Out, Whirl-y-Gig, Solo Danza and Cartuli’s Day plus international label showcases from Pampa Records and Perlon.
Crucifix Lane will go out with a bang with two final parties over the Easter weekend. First up, it's Cartuli’s Day on Easter Thursday 2nd April, followed by Solo Danza on Saturday 4th April.
