PARIS’ SOCIAL CLUB TO BECOME CATS&DOGS

A new team is taking over the lease of Paris’ Social Club...

WIth the news that Paris’ Social Club is closing down, a new team is taking over the club’s lease and will be renaming the venue Cats&Dogs.

The new club will open on Thursday 2nd June, and is being taken over by the team behind Pigalle venue La Confiserie.

The 600-capacity club has been a permanent fixture in Paris’ electronic scene since the early 2000s regularly hosting parties for Ed Banger, ClekClekBoom, Kitsune and Bromance.

But in recent years tastes have changed as well as the club's management team, and the club has been focussing on trap and hip hop nights, with the last one scheduled for Saturday 28th May.

There’s going to be some changes at the club including a new D&B soundsystem, which should breathe new life into the club.
