Themba goes on a musical tour of Johannesburg: Watch

Episode 3 of Beatport’s Monitor series featuring Themba has been released.

The short film joins the South African artist as he journeys through the districts of Johannesburg which influenced his sound.

Themba is one of a wave of South African artists whose emotive take on house music is transforming the genre. Since supporting Black Coffee at his Hi Ibiza residency, the Jo'burg-based DJ and producer dropped a debut EP on Hot Since 82’s Knee Deep in Sound imprint.
