Mr. Touchy is the new synth made from vintage Nintendo DS screens

And it looks sick!

Otem Rellik has created a polyphonic synth and drum machine by utilising bits of Nintendo’s old DS game console.

Simply called Mr. Touchy, the all-new synth has been put together using two screens from a vintage DS console and 3D printed parts.

Compact and minimal in design, the synth’s sound engine comes from the open source Teensy code — which anyone can use to create their own custom synths.
