Turn your MacBook Pro Touch Bar into a MIDI Controller

And it really works...

Urbanliernert have made it easier for DJ/producers to get the most of the new MacBook Pro Touch Bar with their new MIDI Touch Bar application.

When Apple introduced the Touch Bar on the new range of MacBook Pro’s there were quite a few grumbles about how the new technology was going to work, especially among producers and DJs.

Despite this, Logic Pro X and Algoriddim's djay Pro have shown how invaluable the Touch Bar can be when used in a working music environment, which has now lead to a new company creating the MIDI controller plug-in for the new Mac Book Pro.

The MIDI Touch Bar allows DJs and/or producers to control the parameters on their musical software, whether its DAWs or virtual instruments. The MIDI-enabled software means it will work with a host of programs including Apple's own Logic, Ableton Live and Cubase.
