Jon Charnis is a name currently getting a lot of hype in underground circles.
Inevitable, perhaps, for any artist getting props from Henrik Schwarz, Dixon and Âme's Innervisions imprint these days, not to mention No19, Supernature and All Day I Dream.
However, it was the melodic intricacy and smooth guttural funk of 'Prophecy EP' that really stuck out.
He's since remixed 'Moonwalk' for Faceless Recordings alongside and played LA, Barcelona and everywhere-in-between over the past few months.
Londoners have a rare chance to see this rising star at London's Rhythm Factory alongside Silky (My Favorite Robot), Grass Is Greener (Nurvous), Barber (OFF) and Adam Saville (DJ Mag) on Saturday 19th October.
Tickets are still only priced at only £6 but to win a pair email the words "JON CHARNIS" to firstname.lastname@example.org before midday on Friday 18th October.
