Following his ‘Subject9’ EP on the label back in 2020 – a four-tracker of spectral, high-definition jungle – the artist’s latest outing operates on similarly dystopian terrain. Apocalyptic bass growls and shadowy sound designs are cast over savage breaks and feverish drumfunk. It’s dark, atmospheric and engulfing like the depths of a cave, and just as easy to get utterly lost in.
