Floating Points, Midland, more locked for R3 Soundsystem at People’s Vote march

Ed from The Chemical Brothers and Bicep are also due to get involved in the event

The R3 Soundsystem, a mobile rig set to join the People's Vote demonstration in London on Saturday 19th October, has revealed new names for its line-up.

Ed from The Chemical Brothers, Bicep and Floating Points are amongst the latest acts to be added, which is described by organisers as a consortium of DJs, crews, festivals, clubs, and soundsystems pushing for a second referendum. Originally set for 12th October, it will now take place on the new date of 19th after the main People's Vote rally date was changed.

Further names joining the march are Groove Armada, Midland, Altern-8, HAAi, Saoirse, Matthew Herbert, Artwork, Daniel Avery and Erol Alkan. You can check out the full list of DJs via the post below.

This is the latest event from the collective behind the R3 Soundsystem, following on from a similar one in March.

A recent report found that Brexit could cost touring DJs and live artists thousands a year.
