Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike have remixed the Pirates Of The Caribbean theme song: Listen

Ahead of the release of the new Pirates Of The Caribbean film which hits cinemas nationwide this weekend former DJ Mag Top 100 DJs winners Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike have today shared a short 60-second preview of their versus remix of the film's iconic theme song.

The theme song has been synonymous with the film since 2003 when Hans Zimmer and Klaus Badelt first created the film's iconic theme song.

Speaking about remixing such an iconic theme song, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike said: “For us, it was very important to respect the original. We wanted to keep the vibe and the atmosphere, but give it a touch of today.”

This summer will see the EDM duo hosting a new Tomorrowland-themed residency at Ushuaïa Ibiza from Tuesday 4th July to Tuesday 29th August, and the duo are promising epic stage productions, costumed dancers and towering LED screens.
