MEDUZA have remixed Calvin Harris and Sam Smith's 'Desire'. Listen to it below.
Released back in July - with a video following in August - the single was the latest link-up between Harris and Smith, following 'Promises' in 2018 and ‘I’m Not Here To Make Friends’ from Smith’s 2023 album, ‘Gloria’.
Now, hit-making Italian electronic group MEDUZA have reworked the original track, which also featured production credits from Hannah Laing, Alok and Cedric Gervais. Stream their remix below.
The rework comes four months after the Milan production trio - comprising Luca De Gregorio, Mattia Vitale and Simone Giani - spoke to DJ Mag about their rise since forming in 2018.
'Desire' followed Calvin Harris' number one hit with Ellie Goulding, ‘Miracle’, which found the Scottish DJ exploring his love of '90s trance.
Released in March, the single marked the first collaborative track between the two in almost a decade, having first collaborated on ‘I Need Your Love’ in 2012 before releasing another joint track, ‘Outside’, in 2014.
