DJ and illustrator anu launches exhibition, I Wanna See All My Friends At Once
The NTS DJ's art exhibition will set up in South London this weekend
NTS Radio DJ anu is presenting an art exhibition in her base of South London this weekend.
Running from today (4th May) through to Sunday, 14th May, I Wanna See All My Friends At Once will feature illustrations, sketches and letters by the DJ and illustrator. It's her first solo exhibition since 2016, and will be based at Satellite Store in Peckham's Holdrons Arcade.
Describing the exhibition, which features work from across the last decade, as a "personal archive of sorts", she said it will focus on "memories shared and the love I've felt".
She continued: "Human friends, illustrated friends, musical friends, friends who exist within and also transcend art forms. The centre of my world. So here it is. All my friends, at once, in the same space."
A resident on NTS, anu is part of the cast of hosts of the radio station's daily late-morning show Soup To Nuts, which was named Best Radio Show at last year's DJ Mag Best of British awards.
